Participation to the guided tours:

Art. 1 – The activities organized under the name “Guided tours in Hateg Country” are managed by Drag de Hateg NGO, represented by Alina Ciobanu, authorized tour guide. Other accredited guides with whom we collaborate may also be involved.

Art. 2 – A “client” or a “participant” is any person who pays for touristic assistance services and participates in the tours regardless of their type or duration.

Art. 3 – A “guide” is a qualified person who provides touristic assistance.

Art. 4 – The proposed visiting activities are of low difficulty, but may involve the following risks: walking on rough terrain, natural objects that can fall, unfavourable weather conditions, encounters with domestic animals (sheep, dogs) or wild animals (boars, foxes) .

Art. 5 – Booking a guided tour is done by phone at least one day in advance. The meeting place and mode of transport will be mutually agreed between the guide and the client.

Art. 6 – On the route, the participants will follow the guide on the established trail.

Art. 7 – No one will go ahead of the guide on the trail.

Art. 8 – In case of bad weather, the program of activities will be modified by mutual agreement between the guide and the client.

Art. 9 – The activity must be in harmony with nature and local regulations. No deviations are allowed on this theme: we do not make noise, do not throw objects or waste, do not tear plants, do not disturb animals, do not trespass on private property.

Art. 10 – Collecting fossils is prohibited.

Art 11 – Minor participants are the responsibility of participating adults. We do not guide minors unaccompanied by adults.

Art. 12 – Customers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the activities.
